Cancellation Policy

LESSON CANCELLATIONS
 

If you need to cancel a lesson, our office MUST be notified 24 hours in advanced of the scheduled lesson time.

If TK Music or your teacher must cancel your lesson due to inclement weather or sickness, you will receive a phone call from our office. These lessons will be made up promptly.

 
MAKE UP LESSONS
 
Lessons can be made up if one of the following circumstances applies:
  • Your lesson is canceled 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time
  • Your teacher or TK Music cancels your lesson due to inclement weather or teacher illness
  • Cancellation is made before 12 PM on the scheduled lesson day due to sudden illness.
Lessons will not be made up if one of the following circumstances applies:
  • You do not come to your lesson without prior notification for ANY reason
  • You do not give 24 hours notice for any reason other than illness
  • You are missing a group class

 


 

 

 

 

TK MUSIC is open to students by appointment ONLY. To schedule a lesson, call our office at (973) 667-7155.

 

PARENTS (OR GUARDIANS) MUST PICK UP STUDENTS PROMPTLY FOLLOWING THEIR LESSON.
 

PARKING INFO:

 Parking for TK I is available on Joerg Avenue & in the parking lot next to the medical building.

Parking for TK II is available in front & to the side of the building, and behind the building AFTER 5 PM ONLY.

 

OPERATING HOURS:

Monday-Friday: 11 AM - 8 PM Saturdays: 10 AM - 4 PM
